Learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, states that applicant is ready to deposit entire amount awarded by the Reference Court along with interest accrued therein within twelve weeks with this Court.

In view of the above there shall be stay to the execution of impugned judgment and decree dated 30.04.2024 in LAC No.239/2013 passed by 5th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur subject to deposit of the entire amount within twelve weeks failing which stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.

The application stands disposed of.
