The matter was before this Court yesterday and after hearing was adjourned to today to enable the applicant nos. 2 to 5 to demonstrate that amount of Rs. 10 lakhs is in deposit with the Family Court. 3.

Today, original receipt dated 23.12.2015 showing said deposit is produced. Similarly other receipt dated 08.01.2016, showing deposit of Rs.1,19,000/- is also produced. Photocopies of

Order 2201apl810.15 receipts are taken on record and marked as Exhibit Nos. X and Y.

Applicant no.1 is present with her counsel.

The learned counsel for her states that the amount of Rs.1,19,000/- has been transferred to the account of applicant no.1. The applicant present in court and identified by her counsel accepts this. Amount of Rs.10 lakhs is to be invested in fixed deposit for benefit of two children, as per compromise between the parties.

We therefore, find that terms and conditions of compromise are satisfied, hence, we quash and set aside proceedings in Regular Criminal Case No.3477/2012, arising out of Crime No. 225/2012, pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class Court No.10 at Nagpur.

Rule is made absolute in the terms of prayer clause (b). No costs.
