It is stated in the application the applicant has filed for substituted service upon respondent nos. 1 to 5. However, the applicant has recently came to know that respondent nos. 2 to 5 have been served with the notice. Therefore, the applicant seeks amendment to that effect. Considering the reasons stated in the application, the applicant is allowed to amend the application for substituted service as proposed in the application. Necessary amendment be carried out.
