The main relief in the petition is to appoint the petitioner on compassionate basis.

This Court by order dated 10.11.2017 directed that one post of 'Anganwadi Supervisor' for which the petitioner has applied shall be kept vacant.

The respondent Nos.4 to 6 have filed pursis stating that the petitioner has been appointed as Anganwadi Sevika and joined the said post on 05.08.2019. 4.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the petition. The petition is, therefore, disposed of, as infructuous.
