The present application is for grant of bail. 2.

After hearing learned Senior Counsel to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail hence, the learned Senior Counsel seeks leave to withdraw the application, with liberty to file fresh application, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Considering the accused is 19 years old young boy and is behind bar since date of his arrest, liberty is granted to the applicant to file fresh application if there is no substantial progress in trial within eight months. 4.

The Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
