By this application for condonation of delay to prefer a first appeal, the acquiring body challenges judgment and award passed by the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority. There is delay of 47 days.

Learned counsel Shri M.A.Kadu for applicants submits that the delay is caused as officials of the acquiring body had to obtain necessary permission in which maximum time was consumed. 4.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader Mrs.Shamsi Haider for non-applicant Nos.3 and 4 has no objection if the delay is condoned. 5.

For reasons sated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay stands condoned. Office to register the first appeal. 6.

Record and proceedings be called for.

The applicants to file private paper book within a period of eight weeks from today.
