The present application is for grant of bail. 2.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant for some time and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. The learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the application.

Considering the applicant is behind bar since last two years, the trial Court shall expedite the trial and shall dispose of the matter within six months. 4.

The applicant is at liberty to file appropriate application, if the trial is not concluded within six months. 5.

The criminal application is disposed of.
