Present appeal is also disposed of vide order dated 07/12/2022 of this Court.

The 50% of the compensation amount was directed to be deposited by the Insurance company. 4.

The Insurance Company has deposited additional amount of Rs.50,000/-, so additional amount of Rs.50,000/- along with accrued interest to be refunded to the appellant-Insurance company.

5.

The balance amount along with accrued interest be disbursed to respondent Nos.1 to 4 on due identification and verification.

6.

Civil application is disposed of.
