Criminal Application No.1628 of 2019 is hereby allowed. The applicant is permitted to incorporate the amendment within two weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the applicant states that she will supply the amended copy of the application to the non-applicant No.2 as well to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for non-applicant No.1- State.
