Heard learned counsel for the appellant/ acquiring body. The State appears to be formal party. The ld counsel for ld representatives of deceased respondent No.1 claimant despite of appearance remained absent. 3.

The application is for condonation of delay of 93 days in filing appeal by the acquiring body against the judgment and award dated 19.05.2022 in Case No.1150/AMT/AMT/2018.

There is no strong objection from other side. 5.

As such, considering the short period of delay, it stands condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of.
