Both the petitioners and respondent no. 2 are present in the Court. Respondent no. 1 is Education Officer. Petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled the dispute. The petitioners have agreed to reinstate respondent no. 2 on the post of Junior Clerk.

Learned counsels submit that the post on which respondent no. 2 is being reinstated is approved and his appointment was also approved by the Education Officer. 4.
