As per order dated 18.07.2019 passed by this Court, respondent no. 1 was permitted to withdraw 75% amount of compensation on furnishing usual undertaking and remaining 25% on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Learned Counsel Shri Nakshane has submitted that the amount of compensation is deposited before the Reference Court and not before this Court.
