The writ petition is disposed of with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties on the following terms. (1) The impugned orders of transfer, effected by the Zilla Parishad on the directions of the State Government would not be acted upon till the end of academic session 2016-17 as a special case only. (2) The petitioners would furnish an undertaking that they would join at the respective places to which they are transferred on 02/05/2017 without any objection, whatsoever. (3) No order as to costs.
