Dated : 10th January, 2019 The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Charity Commissioner under Section 41-A of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act 1950 for appropriate directions. The change reports are pending from 2015-16. We do not know the pendency of the change reports pending for decision. If any interim arrangement is required, the petitioner to approach the Charity Commissioner for it.
