By this writ petition, the petitioners seek a direction to the respondent no.1-Divisional Commissioner to forthwith take a decision on the revised proposal of the petitioners dated 16.07.2013 that was forwarded by the respondent no.2-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Amravati and grant deemed date to the petitioners on the post of Junior Engineer. Shri Ghodeswar the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the Divisional Commissioner, states on instructions and also on the basis of the communication dated 25.09.2013 addressed by the Divisional Commissioner to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Amravati that the Zilla Parishad has been asked to re-send the proposals after curing the deficiencies.

It is stated that the proposals are not re-sent to the Divisional Commissioner after curing the deficiencies. We accept the statement made on behalf of the Divisional Commissioner and dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Zilla Parishad to send the proposal in respect of the petitioners to the Divisional Commissioner in the proper form and as per requirement, within a period of three months so that the Divisional Commissioner can take a decision on the same. After the Divisional Commissioner receives the proposal, the same should be decided as early as possible in accordance with law.

WP490-16 Order accordingly. No costs.
