Following are the prayers made in the present petition :
"i) Quash and set aside the Notification dated 03.02.2022 (Annexure-D) and 06.03.2024 (AnnexureE) issued by the respondents authorities thereby showing the residence of petitioners are in Zudpi instead of Gaothan and include the names of petitioners in Gaothan;
ii) Direct the respondents authorities to declare the residence of the petitioners as in Gaothan and include the name of the petitioners in Gaothan list also direct the respondents authorities to pass award as per Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 & further grant other benefits including open plots and construction charges as per the Act, 2013.
iii) Grant any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case;"

It is pertinent to note that, prior to approaching this Court, the petitioners had submitted a detailed nd.thawre
2/2 representation dated 26.03.2024 before the Collector, Nagpur, which has not yet been decided.

Considering the nature of dispute, we are of the opinion that a purpose would be served if the Collector, Nagpur is directed to decide the representation dated 26.03.2024 within a stipulated period.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with direction to the Collector, Nagpur to decide the representation dated 26.03.2024 and also consider the grounds raised in the present petition while deciding such representation, within four months from today.

The Collector, Nagpur, if deemed appropriate, shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners before deciding the representation.
6.
Liberty is granted to the petitioners to annex documents along with fresh representation.
7.
The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to furnish a copy of the present petition along with a copy of this order before the concerned authority within a period of one weeks from today.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
