Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants/Claimants.

The respondents despite service remained absent.

The application is filed for condonation of delay of 955 days in filing First Appeal against judgment and award dated 19.11.2016 passed in M.A.C.P. No.69/2010. 4.

There is no oppose to the application and therefore, considering the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, the application stands allowed and the delay is condoned, subject to costs of Rs.1500/- to be paid to the Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary.

It is made clear that the applicants/Claimants shall not claim any interest on the enhanced amount of compensation for the aforesaid period of delay, if granted.

The application is disposed of.
