The learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition. The petition is disposed accordingly. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs. Needless to say that the legality of the impugned order passed on application (Exh. No.22) has not been examined and it is left open for consideration by the appropriate Court at appropriate stage, if occasion arises.

As the civil suit is of 2011, the learned trial Judge is requested

2 wp6025.14 to dispose the civil suit by 5th May, 2016.
