DATE : 27th June, 2019 Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the respondents has placed on record a report of the Superintendent, Central Jail, Nagpur, according to which, the petitioner is already released from jail on 2nd February, 2019, after undergoing the sentence awarded to him.

Thus, In view view of above, the petition is rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of. Fee payable to learned Adv. [appointed] for the petitioner is quantified at Rs.1500/- [rupees fifteen hundred only].
