DATED : 03.07.2025 Applicant/respondent No.1 has filed this application for speaking to minutes to correct the area of the plot in the table of paragraph No.2 of the judgment and order dated 30.04.2024 in First Appeal No. 1285/2013 with Cross-Objection No. 03/2015, as "3010 sq.ft." instead of "1505 sq.ft.".

Learned Counsel for the applicant has taken me through the award, judgment of the Reference Court, Appeal Memo and Cross Objection and pointed out that the area of the plot No. 23 is shown as 279.88 sq. Mtr. i.e. 3010 sq. ft. I found substance in his submission in that regard. Hence, the application is allowed accordingly.

The correction is to be carried out accordingly in paragraph No.2 of the judgment, and the corrected copy of the judgment is to be uploaded.
