In these appeals Advocate Mr Adwait Manohar, was appointed as Amicus Curiae. In the operative part of the judgment fees for the Amicus Curiae has not been quantified. Considering the nature of the matter and the efforts put in, the fees payable to the learned Amicus is quantified at Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only). 3.

Accordingly, the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur is directed to pay the fees to the learned Amicus Curiae, as per rules.
