This is an application for grant of bail.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and perused the investigation papers, it reveals from the investigation papers and the allegation against the present applicant that he has subjected a 12 years girl for forceful sexual assault.

Considering the statement of the victim and the statement of the relevant witnesses, prima-facie case is made out against the present applicant therefore, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.
