SEPTEMBER 9, 2025 The grievance of the petitioner is that the Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur, is not willing to hear the petitioner's prayer for interim relief. The Counsel submits that the proceedings before the Debts Recovery Tribunal are listed tomorrow. His request is that the Presiding Officer should hear him and decide the application.

2] In our view, the request is reasonable, however, one cannot jump to the conclusion that the Presiding Officer is not willing to hear the petitioner. 3] The petitioner shall, therefore, approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal and make request for expeditious hearing of the application, which, even otherwise, is said to have been made. We hope and expect that the Presiding Officer will consider the urgency and pass appropriate orders, after giving opportunity of hearing to both the sides.

4] The petition is disposed of in above terms.
