The applicant - State of Maharashtra seeks permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.4,90,172/- deposited by the respondent Nos.7 to 9, alongwith interest on it.

The amount is deposited by the respondent Nos.7 to 9 as per the order passed by this Court on 20th July, 2016. It is already adjudicated that the applicant - State of Maharashtra is entitled for the above amount and, therefore, there is no impediment in allowing the application.

The amount of Rs.4,90,172/- alongwith interest be
