This is an application for condonation of delay of 343 days caused in preferring the appeal to challenge the order passed in L.A.C. No. 780 of 2012. The respondent no. 1 though served absent. Learned Counsel for appellant has made a statement that entire decreetal amount alongwith interest is already deposited before the Reference Court.

For the reasons stated in paragraph nos. 4 and 5 of the application and in the interest of justice, the delay caused in filing the First Appeal stands condoned. The Civil Application stands disposed accordingly. Appeal be registered.
