The learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.5 and 6 on instructions submits that in view of communication dated 01/07/2022 issued by the Rural Development Department, the case of the petitioners for grant of benefit under Circular dated 12/12/2000 would be considered. The said communication is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. 2.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of by directing the respondent Nos.5 and 6 to consider the claim of the petitioners within a period of six weeks from receipt of copy of this order. 3.

No costs.
