By this application, the applicant submits that nonapplicant No.2 has expired on 29/07/2023, leaving behind his legal heirs. Therefore, it is necessary to bring the legal heirs of the deceased non-applicant No.2 on record. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed. The legal heirs of non-applicant Nos. 2(a) to 2(c) be brought on record.

Amendment be carried out forthwith.

The Civil Application (CAF) No. 3695 is disposed of. CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 3696 OF 2025 1.

By this application, a prayer is made to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in the Registry of this Court.

This Court has already decided the appeal on merits. Hence, there is no impediment to allowing the application for withdrawal of the amount.
