Following corrections in the Judgment delivered in First Appeal No.1174 of 2017, dt.20.9.2019 be carried out.

a) On page no.2, in para no.2, in line no.5, the words 'was not dismissed' be replaced by words 'not removed'.

b) On page no.3, in para no.3, first line, the word 'dismissed' be replaced by words 'disposed of'. c) On page no.3, in para no.4, last three lines, which read thus, be removed.

'with liberty to the appellant to take out appropriate proceedings in case if the Apex Court grants any enhancement in the similar matter.'
