Civil Application No. 1773 of 2015: Heard. The learned counsel for the respondent no. 5 strongly opposes the prayer made in the application. It is stated that respondent no.5 has not appointed the petitioner and hence the petitioner cannot claim the salary from the respondent no.5 after deleting the respondent no.4. The petitioner would be free to delete the respondent no.4 from the array of respondents at the risk of the petitioner. The civil application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of. The amendment be carried out forthwith.
