a) On page no.3, in para no.2, in line no.1, the words 'was not dismissed' be replaced by words 'not removed'.

b) On page no.3, in para no.3, last line, the word 'dismissed' be replaced by words 'disposed of'. c) On page no.3, in para no.4, last three lines, which read thus, be removed.
