By the order dated 21.09.2018 the applicant/cross objector was directed to deposit entire decreetal amount in this Court. Pursuant to the aforesaid direction, the applicant/cross objector has deposited an amount of Rs.1,59,69,899/-. In view thereof ad-interim stay granted on 21.09.2018 stands confirmed. The execution of the award shall remain stayed during the pendency of the appeal.

The civil application is disposed of.

Civil Application (O) No.675/2020 The claimants have moved this application praying that the amount of compensation that has been permitted to be withdrawn by them be deposited in their respective bank accounts. In the application, it is stated that the personal details of each claimant have been placed on
