Date : 21 st December, 2016 The School Tribunal has rejected the prayer for grant of interim relief of stay to the reversion of the petitioner from the post of Head Mistress to the post of Assistant Teacher. On 17-10-2016, this Court had issued notice for final disposal of the matter, returnable on 13-12-2016. This Court had also granted interim relief in terms of prayer clause (2) of this petition. As a result of this interim order, the petitioner is working on the post of Head Mistress.

The petitioner is to attain the age of superannuation on 30-1-2017. Hence, by consent of the learned counsels appearing for the parties, the interim order passed by this Court shall continue up to 30-1-2017, on which date the petitioner is to attain the age of superannuation. The Tribunal shall decide the

2112wp6063.16.odt appeal as expeditiously as possible, and the Management shall prepare the provisional pension papers of the petitioner, as if she has retired from the post of Assistant Teacher. With these directions, the petition stands disposed of. Judge.
