Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Mr. Bhide, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 4 submits, that he has no objection, if the petitioners, who are the owners of Gut Nos.308 and 349 use the boundary between the land of Gut No.345 and the land of Gut Nos.311, 308 and 349 to approach their respective fields. He further submits, that the petitioners, do not have any right to approach their fields by the dotted line as shown in Annexure-D (page 26) and the petition can be disposed of in these terms.

Dawda, learned counsel for the petitioners is agreeable to the same, considering which, the impugned orders are modified by holding that the

(2) 4.wp.215.2019 petitioners shall have the right to approach their land of Gut Nos.308 and 349 from the boundary between the land of Gut No.345 and Gut Nos.311, 308 and 349 as shown in Annexure-D (page 26) of the petition. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
