It is informed to this Court that on 18.12.2019, an appeal has been preferred before the Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur Division, Nagpur. We hope that the said appeal shall be decided on or before the commencement of the ensuing academic session. The petitioners to appear before the Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur on 27.01.2020.
