This petition takes exception to the order dated 29.07.2024 passed by 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Akot in Mesne Profit Case No.01/2010.

By the order impugned for just decision of the case, the trial Court has issued witness summons to the Taluka Agricultural Officer, Akot to examine him as court witness.

I do not see, any reason to interfere, with the order impugned.

The petition is dismissed.
