The issue in question stands resolved. The State of Maharashtra has paid the amount as directed by the court on earlier occasion to respondent no.1. Mr.Kakani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 3 makes a statement that after making calculation as to how much amount each of the petitioners is entitled to, the requisite payment would be made within a period of three months.
Petition is disposed of by taking the statement made by Mr.Kakani, on record.
