The appellant in the present case is the employer who has filed the appeal challenging the judgment passed by the learned Commissioner Under Employee's Compensation Act dated 6.8.2018.

By this amendment application, appellant wants to add some additional grounds in the appeal memo.

Respondents original claimants have no objection for the same.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, amendment in the appeal memo is permitted by allowing the application No.3725 of 2019. 5.

The appellant shall carry out the amendment within two weeks.

Civil Application is disposed of.
