The learned Counsel for the applicant has invited my attention to the order dated 08.08.2025 passed by this Court wherein, liberty was granted to the appellant to file an appeal under proviso to Section 372 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the learned Sessions Judge, Malkapur, District Buldhana. It is further clarified that the period of limitation, in view of the law laid down and considering the period for which the appeal was pending before this Court was also to be Rgd.

Order 1509appp1783.25 considered. It is further observed that the appeal is permitted to be filed within a period of two weeks from the date of passing of the order. This Court further directed the respondents and the Appellate Court to not to raise the issue of limitation and accordingly Criminal Application was disposed of. 4.

By way of this application, the applicant is seeking extension of 4 weeks time to file appeal. For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. Time of four weeks is extended from today for filing the appeal before the learned Sessions Judge, Malkapur.

Office is directed to hand over the entire papers of the appeal to the learned Counsel for the applicant for the purpose of filing the appeal before the concerned Court. Learned Counsel to place xerox copy of the appeal memo for the purpose of record with this Court. Criminal Application is accordingly disposed of.
