By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged order dated 07.08.2018 passed by the Court of Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur (Executing Court), whereby an application filed by the petitioner (original judgment debtor) seeking a direction to the respondent (original decree holder) to furnish certain documents, has been rejected.

When the writ petition was called out today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent handed over the copies of the Pan Card and Aadhar Card details of the respondent and made a specific statement that the respondent is a proprietary concern. This statement and the copies of the documents handed over by the learned counsel for the respondent to the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, satisfies the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner in the application filed before the Executing Court.

In view of the above, the grievance raised by the petitioner does not survive and, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of.
