Considering the grounds of appeal, it could be appropriate that if the claimant/respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court by the appellant against an usual undertaking to be furnished within four weeks from the date of order and rest of the amount be invested in fixed deposit account as per rules. The application is partly allowed and disposed of accordingly.
