Heard Shri P.S. Kadam, advocate for the claimants and Shri A.J. Pophaly, advocate for the original appellant-Insurance Company.

The claimants have filed this application seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the Insurance Company as per order dated 25th April, 2014. The appeal is dismissed on 22nd December, 2015 for non-removal of office objection/ not filing private paper book. The learned advocate for the appellant states that the application praying for restoration of the appeal is being filed along with paper book.

If the application for restoration of the appeal along with paper book is not filed till 16th November, 2016, the amount deposited by the appellant/ Insurance Company be disbursed to the claimants/ invested in favour of the claimants as per the directions given by the Tribunal.
