We have heard Mr. Jambhule, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. N. R. Patil, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent nos. 1 and 2.

Mr. Patil, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, makes a categorical statement that the claim of the petitioner for issuance of validity shall be decided in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today.
