Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the purpose of the applicant would be served, if he is allowed to appear through Video Conferencing considering his physical disability.

In my view this submission is just, reasonable and appropriate.

Accordingly, the criminal application is disposed in following terms :

a] Applicant - Tushal Vinod Dalal is allowed to appear through Video Conferencing.

b] Learned Judge, before whom the matter i.e. PWDVA Application No. 28/2022 is pending, shall allow the applicant to appear through Video Conferencing.
