In short, it is his case that benefits of Career Advancement Scheme have not been granted to him. In order to buttress his contention, he has invited our attention to communication dated 13/03/2024, issued by the Joint Director, whereby guidance was Corrected as per courts order dt. 21.11.2025 sought from the Director of Higher Education. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that he has made a detailed representation dated 10/03/2025, which till date, has not been decided.

Considering the fact that the said representation is still Corrected as per courts order dt. 21.11.2025 pending, we direct the respondent No.3 to decide the same within a period of eight weeks from today.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
