By this application, the applicant is seeking correction in the order passed on 25/10/2022 in respect of the date mentioned in paragraph No.1.

As per the contention of the petitioner while passing the order, this Court has noted that appeal filed against the order dated 24/03/2022 passed by respondent No.2. In fact, the order was passed on 30/09/2022. 4.

The above error is typographical error and, therefore, it can be corrected. Hence application is allowed.

The first paragraph of the order dated 25/10/2022 to the extent of date i.e. 30/09/2022 is to be inserted by rectifying 24/03/2022.
