The present application is filed for condonation of 15 days in filing present Family Court Appeal seeks to challenge the decree dated 01.08.2023 passed by the learned Family Court, Nagpur in Petition No.A-459/2022. In view of the above, we proceed to dispose off the present Civil Application.

For the reasons stated in the application, we are satisfied that sufficient cause is made out by the applicant for the delay of 15 days in filing the present Family Court Appeal. Accordingly, the delay of 15 days in filing the

The Registry is directed to register the Family Court Appeal.

After registration of the Family Court Appeal, issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 10.10.2025. 6.
