The Petitioner had alleged non-compliance and disobedience of the order dated 20th July, 2019 passed by the School Tribunal, Amravati.

On 5th January, 2021, a statement has been made that the Petitioner had been reinstated. Subsequently, learned Counsel for the Petitioner had sought time to confirm whether the order is complied with. It is seen that, on the last date of hearing i.e. 17th February, 2021, the Petitioner was not present. It appears that the Petitioner is not interested in the matter.

Hence, contempt petition is dismissed.
