Therefore, we see no reason to disallow this application inasmuch as it does not appear to be introducing something which runs contrary to the averments made or something which amounts to mis-joinder of cause of action. Therefore, the application is allowed.

Amendment be carried out within two weeks. The application is disposed of accordingly.
