This application is filed for condonation of delay of 94 days caused in filing criminal revision application against dismissal of appeal preferred by applicant against his conviction under Section 379 of Indian Penal Code. The impugned order reveals that appeal came to be dismissed for non payment of paper book charges.
Considering the fact that appeal preferred was against conviction and for the grounds mentioned in the criminal application, delay caused is condoned. The criminal application is allowed.
