Shri Ghare, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 has filed an application seeking

vacation of the ad-interim order passed by this Court on 21st August, 2025. It is the contention of the learned counsel that, due to the ad-interim order granted, the respondent no.3 has been unable to proceed with the tender process.

Per contra, Shri Mardikar, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Shri V.R.Deshpande, learned counsel submits that the ad-interim relief granted by this Court pertains to only two specific properties, that are Mardi Unit and Maregaon Unit.

Having considered the submissions of both sides, it is clarified that ad-interim order granted by this Court on 21st August, 2025 is confined only to the said two properties that are Mardi Unit and Maregaon Unit and shall continue to remain in force until the next date of hearing.

However, it is further clarified that the said ad-interim order shall not preclude respondent no.3

from proceedings with the tender process in respect of the other properties, which are not subject to the stay. 5.

Both the civil applications are partly allowed.

Writ Petition Nos. 4783 of 2025 and 4782 of 2025 Shri Ghare, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.3 and Shri Sambre, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.4 seeks time to file reply.

Time as sought is granted.
